It’s important to note that these are just my experiences with the Bleemcast beta. You may or may not have similar experiences with the same games. Some games that are reported to work on other Bleemcast compatibility lists just didn’t work for me, and vice versa. It’s a beta…this kind of stuff is expected...
All screenshots were taken from my, very old, video capture card. It tends to make things darker than they normally are, it also only displays 16-bit color. For most things, it's good enough, but can make dithering show up on things in the game that have no dithering on the TV.
Akuji the Heartless - Runs incredibly slow…past that though, it looks great. The only apparent glitches were that the 2D rain droplets were pretty much frozen in air(looked really odd, like small bits of transparent sprites just hanging there), and the water splash effects on the ground weren’t showing up.
(note: This is the demo that is on the disc in certain versions of Gex 3: Deep Cover Gecko; the regular, full version of Akuji won’t boot past the start screen)
Apocalypse - Near perfect, though the voice bits tend to cut out a lot.
Battle Arena Tohshinden 3 - Very good with only some minor floor graphic dropouts, and the fact that you can't see projectiles(you just do the motion, the character performs that action but nothing comes out...it just hits the other character). Other than those two things, the game looks great.
Castlevania Chronicles - Freezes right after you try to start a game. As it's a 2D game, I can only dream of all of the errors it would have had...so no big deal.
Broken Sword: Shadow of the Templars - A 2D nightmare.
